How A CNC Bender Runs

Y, B, C: Three Letters Bend The Whole Part

A bend program on the touch screen is just a list of Y, B, C values. Each letter is one electric servo axis of the machine, and the operator only loads the tube.

    Feed The Tube

    Electric pipe feeding along the bed, precision ±0.1 mm.

    Rotate Between Bends

    Electric rotating sets the plane of the next bend, precision ±0.1°.

  3. C

    Bend The Angle

    Electric bending up to 190° per bend, precision ±0.1°.

    Hydraulic Clamping

    Clamp and pressure die hold the tube with hydraulic force.

  5. 2

    Hydraulic Moving Mandrel

    The mandrel supports the tube wall from inside and retracts hydraulically, matched to each model and tube length.
