Every NC bender reaches accuracy up to ±0.1°, bends up to 185° and stores 16 preset bend angles at 15 MPa working pressure. Speeds vary with pipe size and wall thickness, so confirm the final configuration for your tube with our engineers before ordering.
An NC bender keeps the precise, powered bending of a CNC machine but lets the operator handle feeding and rotating — this semi automatic pipe bending machine is a simpler, lower-cost build for small and medium batches. The heavy casting head and hydraulic bend arm of the NC pipe bender still deliver ±0.1° repeatable bends.
The operator sets feed length and rotation between bends by hand (electric rotation optional).
