How An NC Semi-Automatic Tube Bender Works

An NC bender keeps the precise, powered bending of a CNC machine but lets the operator handle feeding and rotating — this semi automatic pipe bending machine is a simpler, lower-cost build for small and medium batches. The heavy casting head and hydraulic bend arm of the NC pipe bender still deliver ±0.1° repeatable bends.

    Operator Feeds & Rotates

    The operator sets feed length and rotation between bends by hand (electric rotation optional).

    Hydraulic Clamp & Mandrel

    Hydraulic clamping and a mandrel shift hold and support the tube so the wall does not collapse.

    Hydraulic Bend On A Casting Head

    The rigid casting head bends the set angle under hydraulic power, up to ±0.1° accuracy.

    Repeat To The Program

    The NC control repeats the stored angle bend after bend for consistent parts across a batch.
