A CNC cutting machine turns full-length pipe into accurate, repeatable blanks with almost no operator input. The pipe is fed to a programmed length, clamped, cut with a circular saw blade under coolant, then indexed for the next piece — batch after batch at the same length.
The servo feeder pushes the pipe to the programmed cut length set on the CNC control.
The pipe is clamped tight so it cannot shift or vibrate during the cut.
The saw blade cuts through under coolant for a clean, low-burr, square end.
The blank is released and the feeder indexes forward, repeating the batch automatically.
