Overview
The 38CNC pipe bending machine is the entry model in Telhoo’s CNC pipe bender range and the fastest one in it — bending at up to 100°/s, feeding at 900 mm/s and rotating at 200°/s on tube up to Φ38.1 × 2 mm. Small sections move quickly, and the whole sequence is stored and replayed rather than judged by an operator.
Bending is electric servo; clamping and the moving mandrel are hydraulic. Three-stack tooling means three sets of bending dies sit on one machine, so a part that mixes radii is finished in one setup instead of two. Left-and-right bending and a rolling function are available on the same frame.
