Max Bending Φ × Wall
Up to Φ38 × 2 mm. The model suits thin to medium tube typical of furniture, fitness and frame work.
Two Bends On Multiple Tubes In One Cycle
Hydraulic double head tube bending for symmetrical parts such as furniture and fitness frames — this double head tube bender (also called a twin head bender) forms both ends at once for a direct productivity gain over single-head bending.
Hydraulic double head benders make two bends on multiple tubes simultaneously, a direct productivity gain for symmetrical parts. Each head rotates 90° inward or outward for 3D bends, making the SW38A a strong fit for furniture, fitness and frame production.

Hydraulic double head bending for tube up to Φ38 × 2 mm, running one Φ38 tube or up to four Φ13 tubes in the same cycle, with each head rotating 90° inward or outward for 3D bends.

The SW38A runs one Φ38 tube or up to four Φ13 tubes per cycle, with each head rotating 90° inward or outward for 3D bends. Confirm the final configuration and tooling for your part with our engineers before ordering.
A double head bender is built for symmetrical parts. Instead of bending one end, turning the part around and bending the other, two heads bend both ends at the same time — so a U-frame or handle comes out matched, and one cycle can even run several thin tubes at once.
One Φ38 tube, or up to four Φ13 tubes, is loaded between the left and right bending heads.
The heads clamp the tube ends, holding the center span straight and square.
Both heads bend together, so left and right bends match perfectly with no second setup.
Each head rotates 90° inward or outward to add bends in another plane before unloading.
The specification table lists the numbers; here is what each one decides when the SW38A runs your symmetrical parts.
Up to Φ38 × 2 mm. The model suits thin to medium tube typical of furniture, fitness and frame work.
One Φ38 tube, or up to four Φ13 tubes at once — multiplying output on small symmetrical parts.
140–1450 mm as standard, 80–8000 mm optional — this sets the length of part the two heads can bend.
38–200 mm radius, matched with the die set to the shape and material of your part.
A double head bender wins on symmetrical, repetitive parts. Here is how to tell if it fits your work.
Symmetrical parts — U-frames, handles, chair and table legs, fitness frames — are where two heads pay off.
Running up to four thin tubes per cycle multiplies throughput on high-volume small parts.
The twin-bend center distance (140–1450 mm, optional to 8000 mm) sets the part span you can bend.
For long multi-bend or thick-wall parts a single-head CNC pipe bender is the better tool.
Telhoo matches the die set to your tube material so symmetrical parts come out clean, whether steel, stainless or soft aluminum.
45# steel dies as standard for frames, legs and structural furniture tube.
Alloy mandrel and wiper protect the stainless surface for visible, decorative frames.
Nylon dies protect the soft aluminum surface on lightweight frame parts.
Tell us your tube material, size and part drawing and the die set comes matched to the SW38A.

Every Telhoo machine is tested, crated and loaded in our own Zhangjiagang yard, then shipped by sea with full export documents — so it arrives ready to install.
01Each machine is wrapped, braced and lifted into a custom case so nothing shifts in transit.
02Heavy machines get an iron-frame base and sealed case, rated for long ocean freight.
03We load 20ft, 40ft and open-top containers in our own yard and send photos before departure.
04Machines leave Zhangjiagang by sea to buyers in 65+ countries, with complete export paperwork.
Iron-frame packaging, container loading and export documentation are a standard part of every Telhoo order — supported by our own foreign-trade team.

For symmetrical parts, a double head bender forms both ends at once and can run several tubes per cycle, roughly multiplying output. It is ideal for furniture and fitness frames where the two bends mirror each other.
