How It Works

How A Double Head Pipe Bender Works

A double head bender is built for symmetrical parts. Instead of bending one end, turning the part around and bending the other, two heads bend both ends at the same time — so a U-frame or handle comes out matched, and one cycle can even run several thin tubes at once.

    Load Between Two Heads

    One Φ38 tube, or up to four Φ13 tubes, is loaded between the left and right bending heads.

    Both Heads Clamp

    The heads clamp the tube ends, holding the center span straight and square.

    Simultaneous Symmetric Bends

    Both heads bend together, so left and right bends match perfectly with no second setup.
