Overview
The 219CNC pipe bending machine is the largest CNC pipe bender Telhoo builds: Φ219 × 20 mm on a 6000 mm mandrel, 900 mm maximum bend radius, 18 tonnes, with a 45 kW hydraulic unit behind the clamping and the moving mandrel.
Whether CNC is worth it at this size depends on repeat volume. The value of servo feed and rotation is removing operator variation, and on a one-off spool the 219NC does the same job for less. On a repeated large-diameter part, where a scrapped pipe is expensive and the bending dies took weeks to make, ±0.1 mm feed repeatability pays for itself quickly.
