Two Questions Decide The Right Pipe Bending Machine

Choosing a pipe bender comes down to the same two data points: how big is your tube, and how automatic should the machine run. Answer both and the CNC or NC model list narrows itself. For cutting, chamfering and end forming, tell us your part and we will advise.

Common questions about choosing between Telhoo pipe bending, cutting, chamfering and end forming machines.

A CNC pipe bender is fully automatic: electric bending, feeding and rotating with hydraulic clamping and moving mandrel, plus touch-screen control with 3D bending simulation and CAD import. An NC tube bender is semi-automatic, with hydraulic bending, manual feeding and rotating, reaching accuracy up to ±0.1° at a lower investment. Both are tube bending machines built in-house by Telhoo.

Mild steel, stainless steel, copper and aluminum, covering round, square, rectangle and profile pipes and bars. Chamfering machines also handle bronze, non-ferrous metal and plastic pipe.
