Overview
The 219NC tube bender is the largest NC hydraulic pipe bender Telhoo builds: Φ219 × 20 mm in mild steel, Φ219 × 12 mm in stainless, 55 kW, 18 tonnes, with a 5500 mm mandrel and a 1000 mm maximum bend radius.
It bends to 190° where the rest of the NC range stops at 185°. Those extra five degrees are overbend allowance: springback grows with wall thickness and material strength, and at a 20 mm wall the pipe relaxes back noticeably after the dies release. The extra travel is what lets the finished angle still reach a true 180° on heavy section.
