Overview

The 350CNC pipe cutting machine is an automatic CNC circular saw machine. The pipe is fed to a programmed length, clamped hydraulically, cut under coolant and indexed for the next piece — the operator loads a bundle and watches a counter instead of measuring every cut.

A Φ350 mm blade gives a maximum capacity of Φ100 mm round pipe. Standard feed length is 1000 mm and can be built longer.

Where programmed length pays for itself

A manual saw drifts. Not much on any single cut, but across a batch of several hundred the variation accumulates, and the parts at the end of the run are no longer the parts you set up at the start. It surfaces at assembly, not at the saw. Programmed feed removes that drift: piece 400 is the same length as piece 1, which is what lets downstream bending and welding fixtures work without adjustment.

Blade speed and section

The spindle runs at 60 / 120 RPM. The two-speed arrangement matters more than it looks: blade surface speed has to come down for stainless and go up for mild steel, and running the wrong one is the fastest way to lose a blade. Cuts carbon steel, stainless and other metal pipe in round, square, rectangular and profile section.
