Overview

The 425CNC pipe cutting machine is an automatic CNC circular saw machine with a Φ400 mm blade, taking round pipe up to Φ130 mm. It runs the same automatic feed, clamp and cut cycle as the 350CNC — the differences are 30 mm more pipe capacity and a wider spindle speed range.

Why the wider speed range matters

The 425CNC offers 30 / 60 RPM in addition to 60 / 120 RPM. That low pair exists for the work the 350CNC cannot take: large-diameter and thick-wall sections need a much lower blade surface speed, and forcing them through at 60 RPM burns teeth off the blade.

Put plainly — if your mix is mostly under Φ100 mm, the 350CNC does the same job for less money. The 425CNC earns its place when the heavy sections are regular rather than occasional.

Carbon steel, stainless and other metal pipe, in round, square, rectangular and profile section. Feed length is 1000 mm as standard and can be built longer to suit your stock.

425CNC Automatic Pipe Cutting Machine — Common Questions

Blade size and speed range. The 425CNC runs a Φ400 mm blade for round pipe to Φ130 mm — 30 mm more than the 350CNC — and adds a 30 / 60 RPM range on top of 60 / 120 RPM. The automatic feed, clamp and cut cycle is the same on both.

For the work the 350CNC cannot take. Large-diameter and thick-wall sections need a much lower blade surface speed; forcing them through at 60 RPM burns teeth off the blade. The low pair is what makes the extra capacity usable rather than nominal.

If your mix is mostly under Φ100 mm, the 350CNC does the same job for less money. The 425CNC earns its place when heavy sections are regular rather than occasional — buying capacity you use twice a year is poor economics.

Yes. 1000 mm is the standard feed length and longer feeds are built to order. Specify the longest blank you cut regularly, since retrofitting a longer feed later is more expensive than ordering it.

1400 kg. Beyond the machine itself, allow run-out length for the stock being fed and clear space for the cut pieces to collect, otherwise the operator becomes the bottleneck on an otherwise automatic cycle.
