The Results In Production
Within the first production runs the 63CNC-4A2S changed the numbers the factory cares about. Bending that once depended on a skilled operator now runs to a stored program, so output rose about 65% against the old manual benders while the reject rate dropped around 80%. Every coil holds ±0.1° angle repeatability — which matters on copper heat-exchange tube, where a few degrees of drift can stop a finished coil nesting into its housing. Because the forming is scratch-free and the radii repeat batch after batch, the customer was able to open three new copper product lines that the old manual equipment could not hold to tolerance.

The Bending Process Behind It
Copper is soft and thin-walled, so these coils are formed by rotary draw bending with mandrel support inside the tube: the bore is held round while the bend die wraps the copper, preventing the flattening and wrinkling that ruin heat-exchange performance.
