The Results In Production

On thick-walled structural tube the difference showed up quickly. With enough hydraulic thrust and a rigid cast frame, large-diameter bends that used to collapse or wrinkle now come out clean, lifting large-tube processing efficiency about 70% and cutting the scrap rate roughly 75%. Preset NC angle control removed the repeated hand-measuring between parts, so switching tube sizes no longer stalls the line, and the machine holds precision through 24-hour continuous shifts — exactly what a steel-structure and construction-machinery shop needs to keep delivery on schedule.

Because the frame and hydraulics are sized for heavy work, the same 115NC covers round, square and galvanized pipe up to Φ115 mm without indentation, so one machine serves guardrails, pipe supports, machinery fittings and agricultural tube alike.
